Our surgery ward provides high quality eye surgical services that ensures comfortable and safe procedures for all our patients. Our surgical ward consists of 6 completely fitted surgical rooms, including the latest microscopes, cataract extraction machines, vitreous removal machines.

The NGENUITY 3D display which was used at Al Mashreq Eye Center since 2019 was the first of its kind in Egypt and the Middle East; it provides high quality 3D visualization of the surgical field to ensure the best interventions. Furthermore, it allows for all onlookers in the surgical room to actively participate in the surgical maneuvers which has allowed for training of multiple retinal surgeons over the past years.
Our surgical staff offer unique eye surgeries for our patients that include a one-of-its kind pediatric retina surgical team that carry out extremely sophisticated eye surgeries on premature infants and young children.

We apply the latest in sterilization of our surgical ward and ensure cleanliness, readiness, and comfort for all our patients.

The refractive correction unit was established as a separate service at our center to ensure the incorporation of the latest in refractive correction into our eyecare services. We provide all the latest laser refractive correction procedures including:
